PlanItBrailes was a group that formed in 2013 to object to proposed residential development of Betty’s Field, Lower Brailes. The appeal for this application was dismissed by the inspector in Dec 2016 and the group disbanded.
The proposed development site and other areas in Lower Brailes suffer from periodic flooding and this website has evolved as a partial record of flood events in Brailes.
